Because all of our signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check all details carefully before placing your order.

Returns for Defective Products

• If your sign arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• We will either repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost.

• To arrange a return, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Conditions

• We do not offer exchanges on any custom-made signs.

• Refunds or replacements are provided only for faulty products, as required under the Australian Consumer Law
